Carlos Tevez wants to end career at Boca Juniors
Juventus striker Carlos Tevez has said that it pains him immensely to not be a part of the Argentine team that is getting ready for another assault on the World Cup on the soil of the arch enemy in Brazil as he reflects on his dream to finish his career at his beloved Boca Juniors.
The 30 year old has not been a part of the national team for the last couple of years and he has also been left out of the 23 man squad that is currently in Brazil preparing to clinch the World Cup for the first time in 28 years.
The former Manchester City and Manchester United striker said that he has been in a very calm and good mood as soon as he was told he would not be boarding the plane to Brazil for the World Cup. Carlos Tevez added that he will not be going to Brazil for the tournament to cheer for the team; instead he will spend his holiday with his family and friends and will be in Spain.
He also mentioned that he will not be watching anything. The sole aim for them now would be to push for the national team so that the national team is successful in Brazil.
The former Manchester City skipper told a crowd that it is his long cherished dream to return to Argentina and end his playing days with Boca Juniors, the club where it all began for him.
According to Carlos Tevez, it is his dream to end his career with Boca and he couldn’t dream of playing for another club in Argentina. He admitted Boca is the club he loves most in the world and he is a huge fan of the club and will always remain loyal to the Blue and Gold.
